Hubei Sinochem Lantian Hongyuan New Energy Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hubei New Energy") was established in March 2019 with a registered capital of RMB 88 million and nearly 400 employees. The company was previously a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Hongyuan Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongyuan Pharmaceutical"). On June 6, 2019, a strategic investor, Sinochem Lantian Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinochem Lantian"), was introduced. Both parties completed the equity transfer. Sinochem Lantian invested RMB 210 million to hold a 59% stake, while Hongyuan Pharmaceutical held a 41% stake. This marked the official transformation of Hubei New Energy into a state-controlled enterprise.
Hubei New Energy possesses five lithium hexafluorophosphate production lines with an annual capacity of 4,000 tons. The process technology is well-developed, and the product performance and quality level surpass that of peer enterprises. The company has successfully acquired new customers through diverse channels and currently maintains long-term cooperative relations with numerous renowned domestic enterprises. Hubei New Energy is located in the Economic Development Zone of Luotian County, Huanggang City, Hubei Province, covering a total area of 64.8 mu. The company has obtained various qualifications such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Hubei New Energy adopts seven patented technologies independently developed to produce lithium hexafluorophosphate products. The lithium hexafluorophosphate project won the title of "Major Scientific and Technological Innovation Demonstration Project in Hubei Province". As a member of the Hubei Chemical Safety Association, the company has been rated as "Advanced Company in Safety Management" by Luotian County Work Safety Committee for many consecutive years and won honors such as "High-tech Enterprise", "SRDI Little Giant Enterprise", "Worker Pioneer", "Taxpayer Contribution Award", "Provincial Single Champion Manufacturing Product Enterprise", "First Prize of China Sinochem Science and Technology Progress Award", and "Petroleum and Chemical Science and Technology Progress Award".
